La presente invenci?n tiene por objeto un envase de producto l?quido que contiene levadura que comprenda al menos un material permeable que tenga una superficie de intercambio S tal que la relaci?n S/M sea de al menos 1.2, donde S se exprese en cm2 y M sea la masa del producto l?quido expresada en gramos, y con un coeficiente de permeabilidad CP al O2 que est? comprendido entre 200 y 9000 cm3/m2.24h.bar y un coeficiente de permeabilidad CP al CO2 que est? comprendido entre 800 y 45000 cm3/m2.24h.bar. La invenci?n tiene tambi?n por objeto la utilizaci?n del envase para contener un producto l?quido que contenga levadura. La presente invenci?n se refiere, adem?s, a un procedimiento de conservaci?n y de utilizaci?n de un producto l?quido que contenga levadura.
