Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una composicion de maltitol liquida, caracterizada porque tiene, los contenidos que se expresan en peso en relacion al contenido de materia seca de la composicion: un contenido de 94 a 98% de maltitol, un contenido de 0.2 a 3% de sorbitol, un contenido de 0.1 a 3% de maltotriitol y de al menos un poliol que tiene un grado de polimerizacion igual a 3 (DP3) elegido del grupo que consiste de panitol, isomaltotriitol, isopanitol, dicho contenido correspondiente a la inecuacion (1): (ver formula) un contenido de materia seca de entre 70 y 85%. Tambien se refiere al uso de tal composicion en productos de industria pastelera y en particular, en gomas de mascar y capas de revestimiento duro.
