Abstract
Se describe una herramienta con desprendimiento de viruta accionable en forma giratoria, de preferencia en la conformación como herramienta de mecanizado fino con abastecimiento integrado de agente refrigerante/ lubricante, para el mecanizado de perforaciones, de preferencia de perforaciones pasantes. La herramienta, por ejemplo en la conformación como escariador, presenta una parte del filo, en la que se conformaron una cantidad de filos, es decir, filos de corte y ranuras receptoras de viruta, y un vástago, que del lado opuesto a la parte del filo conforma una sección de fijación. A los efectos de un abastecimiento más efectivo de los filos de corte con agentes refrigerantes /de flujo con una simultánea mejoría de la rentabilidad del proceso de fabricación, se conformaron en la sección de fijación una cantidad de canales de agente refrigerante/lubricante que equivale a la cantidad de ranuras receptoras de viruta, los que en cada caso presentan una abertura axial de salida y a lo largo del vástago se prolongan hacia una correspondiente ranura receptora de viruta de la parte del filo.
