Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para un tratamiento preliminar de metalización de superficies de acero galvanizado o revestidas con aleación de zinc o partes metálicas unidas que al menos tienen parcialmente superficies de zinc, en un tratamiento superficial que engloba varías etapas del proceso. En el método descrito, los revestimientos metálicos de especialmente un máximo de 100 mg/m2 de molibdeno, tungsteno, cobalto, níquel, plomo, estaño, y/o preferiblemente hierro se producen sobre superficies tratadas de zinc. Otra modalidad de la invención se refiere a una parte metálica no revestida o subsiguientemente revestida que se ha sometido al tratamiento preliminar de metalización descrito, así como al uso de tal parte para la fabricación de carrocerías durante la producción de automóviles, la construcción de barcos, en la industria de la construcción y para la fabricación de productos de línea blanca.
