Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing a hot dip gal vanized series steel sheet having zinc phosphate film, which enable to keep a constant composition of processing agent, to reduce a cost of manufacturing, and to decrease an environmental burden. And the invention also provides a hot dip galvanized series steel sheet having zinc phosphate film produced the method above, having excellent lubricating and adhesion property. A continuous method for producing a hot dip galvanized series steel sheet having zinc phosphate film, comprising the steps of: providing a surface controlling agent on a surface of the hot dip galvanizing; drying the surface controlling agent; and providing the processing agent containing water solution of zinc phosphate on the surface of the hot dip galvanizing.
