Abstract

Se describen tioeteres de tripeptido y tetrapeptido, composiciones farmaceuticas que los contienen, su uso farmaceutico y su preparacion. Los compuestos son utiles para potenciar los efectos citotoxicos de agentes quimioterapeuticos en celulas de tumor, ejercer en forma selectiva toxicidad en celulas de tumor, elevar la produccion de progenitores GM en medula osea, estimular la diferenciacion de la medula osea, mitigar los efectos mielosupresores de agentes quimioterapeuticos y modular la hematopoyesis en medula osea.
