Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para triturar minerales por medio de una trituradora de cono teniendo un diámetro de cabeza máximo específico y comprendiendo una entrada de material, una cabeza cónica de un diámetro de cabeza máximo correspondiente, un forro de recipiente interno anular contra el cual una cubierta exterior anular sobre dicha cabeza tritura el material que entra en un ciclo giratorio, dicho forro de recipiente y cubierta tienen una separación circunferencial o cavidad entre las mismas, dicha trituradora teniendo un tiro de cabeza específico y características de velocidad de girado específicas, dicho método comprende: proporcionar una fuente de trituración, material particulado, dirigir un flujo de líquido adentro de dicha separación entre dicho forro de recipiente y dicha cubierta de manera que dicho forro de recipiente y la cubierta uniendo dicha separación están contínuamente humedecidos y dicho líquido esta mezclado con dicho material para formar una suspensión en dicha cavidad de trituradora; por donde se tritura dicha suspensión en dicha trituradora se crea una proporción significativa de partículas de forma de hojuela en el material triturado.
