Abstract
"UM TRITURADOR E UM MéTODO DE TRITURAçãO DE MATERIAL". A presente invenção se refere a um triturador de impacto de eixo vertical para trituração de material, o referido triturador (50) compreendendo: - um rotor (1) para aceleração de um primeiro fluxo de material (M1) para ser triturado; - um primeiro recurso de alimentação (56, 90, 96) para alimentação verticalmente do primeiro fluxo de material (M1) para o rotor (1); - um alojamento (52) compreendendo uma parede (70) com uma seção de parede de impacto circunferencial (76) contra a qual o primeiro fluxo de material acelerado (M1) pode ser triturado; - um segundo recurso de alimentação (54, 56, 62,58, 66,80, 74, 78, 82) para alimentação de um segundo fluxo de material (M2) para ser triturado para o caminho do primeiro fluxo de material acelerado (M1). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido triturador (50) está caracterizado pelo fato de que: - o segundo recurso de alimentação (54, 56, 62, 58, 66, 80, 74, 78, 82) compreende recurso (66, 78, 80) para formação de pelo menos um declive (108, 110) sobre o qual o segundo fluxo de material (M2) pode deslizar, o declive (108, 110) possuindo uma rampa estando substancialmente tangencial em relação para o rotor (1) para direcionamento do segundo fluxo de material (M2) em uma direção possuindo um componente substancialmente tangencial em relação para o rotor (1) , de maneira que o segundo fluxo de material (M2) irá possuir um componente substancialmente tangencial de movimentação em relação para o rotor (1) quando alcançando o caminho do primeiro fluxo de material (M1). A presente invenção também se refere a um método de trituração de material, o referido método compreendendo as etapas de: - alimentação de um primeiro fluxo de material (M1) para ser triturado para um rotor (1) rotacionando em torno de um eixo geométrico vertical; - em referido rotor (1) aceleração do referido primeiro fluxo de material (M1) em direção de uma seção de parede de impacto (76) de um alojamento (52) circundando o rotor (1); - alimentação de um segundo fluxo de material (M2) para ser triturado para o caminho do primeiro fluxo de material acelerado (M1). Também em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende a etapa de: - alimentação do segundo fluxo de material (M2) em uma direção possuindo um componente substancialmente tangencial em relação para o rotor (1), de maneira que o segundo fluxo de material (M2) irá possuir um componente substancialmente tangencial de movimentação em relação para o rotor (1) quando alcançando o caminho do primeiro fluxo de material (M1).
