Abstract

 廃蛍光ランプを対象とした大量リサイクルシステムにおける効率的なランプの選択破砕方法及び装置を実現するものである。  破砕機と、破砕機を支持し且つ破砕機で破砕されたガラス片5を受けるガラス受ハウジング6を備え、破砕機3は、ガラス受ハウジング6上に支持された円筒状の破砕チャンバ7と、破砕チャンバ7内で回転する回転軸8と、ハンマ9とを備えており、ハンマ9と破砕チャンバ7との間には、ハンマ9が回転可能である以外の隙間はなく、破砕チャンバ7は、上流端から下流端に向けて下方向に傾斜し、底部には、破砕されたガラスのみが通過するスクリーン15が形成されており、廃蛍光ランプを、ハンマ9によって、圧縮力、摩擦力、引張力及び剪断力を作用させずに、衝撃力のみによって、口金部を破砕することなく、ガラス部分のみを選択的に破砕する。
