Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un metodo para la produción de una capa de levadura, la cual carece de la actividad ysc-alfa de la carboxipeptidasa y se ha transformado con un vector híbrido, que comprende un promotor de levadura enlazado operablemente a una secuencia de ADN que codifica a una proteína heterológa, este metodo se caracteriza porque comprende transformar la capa de levadura con el vector híbrido.
