Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para inspeccionar y clasificar recipientes moldeados que contienen marcas leíbles indicadoras de las cavidades de los moldes originales de los recipientes; dicho sistema se caracteriza en que comprende: un primer transportador que sirve para transportar los recipientes a lo largo de un trayecto predeterminado; un dispositivo de inspección, situado en dicho trayecto, para inspeccionar a los recipientes que se desplacen en el trayecto y para identificar las cavidades de los moldes originales de los recipientes defectuosos; un dispositivo de identificación de las cavidades, colocado en ese trayecto, para leer las marcas que haya en los recipientes que se desplazan en el trayecto, y para clasificar de una manera selectiva los recipientes que proceden de dicho trayecto, como una funciín controlable de la identificación de las cavidades; un primer dispositivo de control, acoplado con el dispositivo de inspección, para recibir la información que identifica al molde original de los recipientes defectuosos, y que se acopla también con el dispositivo de identificación de las cavidades para controlar, de un modo selectivo, el dispositivo de identificación de las cavidades, con el objeto de clasificar los recipientes, un dispositivo probador de muestras que incluye a un segundo transportador, y que se acopla con el dispositivo de identificación de las cavidades para recibir de éste los recipientes muestreados, y un dispositivo que se acopla con el segundo transportador para comprobar automáticamente la calidad física de los recipientes muestreados, y para identificar el molde de origen de recipientes muestreados defectuosos y un segundo dispositivo de control, acoplado con el dispositivo probador de muestras y, a través del primer dispositivo de control, acoplado con el dispositivo de identificación de las cavidades, para clasificar automáticamente una muestra preseleccionada de recipientes procedentes de cada cavidad, desde dicho trayecto, y para orientar a la muestra preseleccionada de recipientes hacia el dispositivo probador de muestras.
