Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir engranajes anulares para juegos de engranajes constituídos por engranjes anulares / piñones diferenciales de ejes motores de servicio pesado, caracterizado por comprender las etapas de: proveer un producto forjado para un engranaje anular casi a medida, teniendo las superficies de flanco y de raíz de los dientes de dicho producto forjado para un engranaje anular casi a medida un exceso de material suficiente para su subsiguiente remoción por rectificación; maquinado de acabado de las superficies de dicho producto forjado para un engranaje anular casi a medida eexceptuándose las superficies de raíz y de flanco de los dientes del engranaje; someter dicha pieza que se está elaborando maquinada a un tratamiento térmico de cementación; rectificar las superficies de raíz y de flanco de los dientes de dicho engranaje para darles su perfil de acabado final.
