Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de grasa de aceite vegetal completa, particularmente para uso en una fórmula para niños, nutricionalmente completa, caracterizada porque comprende: a) 20-35 por ciento, calculado sobre el peso de la composición de grasa, de uno o dos aceites de ácido palmítico aleatorio elegido entre aceite de palma aleatorio o aceite de oleina de palma aleatorio; b) 25-31 por ciento calculado sobre el peso de la composición grasa, de uno o más aceites de ácido laúrico elegidos entre aceite de coco, aceite de babassu y aceite de palma; c) 28-35 por ciento calculado sobre el peso de la composición grasa, de uno o más aceites de ácido oleico elegidos entre aceite de oliva, aceitte oleico de cártamo, aceite oleico de girasol y aceite de canola; y d) 8-17 por ciento claculado sobre el peso de la composición de grasa de uno o más aceites de ácido linoleico elegidos entre aceite de maíz, aceite de algodón, aceite de cártamo, aceite de soya y aceite de girasol, siendo las cantidades de los aceites tales que la composición de grasa contiene por 100 partes en peso de ácidos de grasa total presentes como triglicéridos, i), 10-18 partes de ácido laúrico; ii) 13.24 partes de ácido palmítico; iii) 2.5 partes de ácido esteárico; iv) 30-45 partes de ácido oleíco y v) 11-24 partes de ácido linoleico.
