Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la o celulă gazdă şi la un procedeu de expresie recombinantă a interferonului solubil.Conform invenţiei, se revendică o celulă gazdă pentru expresia recombinantă a unei proteine de interferon provenite de la mamifere, unde celula menţionată cuprinde: (a) o genă endogenă funcţională trxB şi (b) o genă endogenă inactivată gor, de asemenea invenţia se referă la utilizarea celulelor gazdă pentru expresia recombinantă a unei proteine de interferon şi la un procedeu de expresie recombinantă a unui interferon solubil într-o celulă gazdă.
