Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la domeniul expresiei recombinante a genelor în celulele gazdă, în special la o celulă gazdă pentru expresia recombinantă a unei proteine de interferon provenite de la mamifere, unde celula menţionată cuprinde: (a) o genă endogenă funcţională trxB şi (b) o genă endogenă inactivată gor; de asemenea invenţia se referă la utilizarea celulelor gazdă pentru expresia recombinantă a unei proteine de interferon şi la un procedeu de expresie recombinantă a unui interferon solubil într-o celulă gazdă.
