Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeele de obţinere a nanocristalelor de PbS, în particular la un procedeu de obţinere a nanocristalelor hidrofile de PbS.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include omogenizarea unor nanocristale PbS, stabilizate cu acid oleic, într-un solvent nepolar cu punctul de fierbere mai jos decât al apei într-un raport de 25 mg/mL, tratarea soluţiei obţinute cu o soluţie de hidroxid de litiu sau de sodiu, sau de potasiu, sau de rubidiu de 0,05…1,0 N, încălzirea amestecului la temperatura de 50…60°C până la colorarea lui într-un brun-negru intens, mărirea treptată a temperaturii până la fierberea solventului nepolar şi menţinerea fierberii până la evaporarea completă a acestuia.
