Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de obtinere a nanocristalelor de PbS, in particular la un procedeu de obtinere a nanocristalelor hidrofile de PbS. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include omogenizarea unor nanocristale PbS, stabilizate cu acid oleic, intr-un solvent nepolar cu punctul de fierbere mai jos decat al apei intr-un raport de 25 mg/mL, tratarea solutiei obtinute cu o solutie de hidroxid de litiu sau de sodiu, sau de potasiu, sau de rubidiu de 0,05(1,0 N, incalzirea amestecului la temperatura de 50(60°C pana la colorarea lui intr-un brun-negru intens, marirea treptata a temperaturii pana la fierberea solventului nepolar si mentinerea fierberii pana la evaporarea completa a acestuia.
