Abstract

En la presente memoria se divulga una cepa Muscodor albus aislada que produce compuestos orgánicos volátiles tal como aristoleno, 3-octanona y/o éster de ácido acético, así como cultivos de dicha cepa y composiciones, metabolitos y componentes volátiles obtenidos de dicha cepa o cultivo así como métodos para obtener dichas composiciones, metabolitos y componentes volátiles y sus métodos de uso para controlar plagas. También se divulgan composiciones artificiales que tienen los mismo componentes y usos que los componentes volátiles obtenidos de la cepa. También se divulga un método para captar y tomar muestras de componentes volátiles.
