Abstract

Invenţia se referă la materialele fotoluminescente şi poate fi utilizată în optoelectronică pentru producerea mediilor fotoluminescente în diapazoanele ultraviolet şi vizibil ale spectrului optic.Nanocompozit fotoluminescent compus din semiconductor oxidic şi polimer organic este compus din ZnO sau Ga2O3 şi alcool polivinilic, polivinilacetat sau poli-N-vinilpirolidon cu conţinutul de masă al semiconductorului oxidic de 30…60 %, iar al polimerului organic - restul.
