Abstract

Invenţia se referă la nanotehnologii, în particular la un procedeu de obţinere a nanocompozitului de CdS în matriţă polimerică, care poate fi utilizată în calitate de material fotosensibil, magnetic şi catalitic.Procedeul include interacţiunea acetatului de cadmiu cu tiouree, luaţi în raportul masic de, respectiv, 1:3, la temperatura de 105…180°C şi presiunea de 50 atm în topitură de copolimer etilenă-acetat de vinil în cantitate de 80…95% mas., după care topitura obţinută se menţine timp de 20 min, se toarnă în forma de presare şi se răceşte la aer până la temperatura camerei.
