Abstract
Inventia se refera la materialele fotoluminescente si poate fi utilizata in optoelectronica pentru producerea mediilor fotoluminescente in diapazoanele ultraviolet si vizibil ale spectrului optic. Nanocompozit fotoluminescent compus din semiconductor oxidic si polimer organic este compus din ZnO sau Ga2O3 si alcool polivinilic, polivinilacetat saupoli-N-vinilpirolidon cu continutul de masa al semiconductorului oxidic de 30…60 %, iar al polimerului organic - restul.
