Abstract

The invention relates to the photoluminescent materials and can be used in optoelectronics for creation of photoluminescent media in the ultra-violet and visible ranges of optical spectrum.The photoluminescent nanocomposite on base of oxidic semiconductor and organic polymer consists of ZnO or Ga2O3 and polyvinyl, polyvinyl acetate or poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone with the mass content of the oxidic semiconductor of 30…60%, and of the organic polymer - the rest.
