Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de obţinere a materialelor oxidice multicomponente, în special, la un procedeu de obţinere a galatului de zinc nanostructurat, care poate fi utilizat în dispozitivele sensibile în domeniile spectrale ultraviolet şi vizibil şi în materialele pentru senzorii de gaze.Procedeul include amestecarea soluţiilor apoase de săruri, ce conţin ioni de Ga3+ şi Zn2+ în raport molar de 2:1, încălzirea lentă cu agitare timp de 5 minute, după care se adaugă o soluţie concentrată de amoniac, apoi amestecul este supus agitării timp de 10…15 minute, se filtrează, soluţia rămasă se fierbe până la pH = 7…8, precipitatul format după fierbere se filtrează şi se calcinează timp de 6 ore la temperatura de 700…800°C.Totodată, la obţinerea galatului de zinc se efectuează doparea cu ioni de metale pământuri rare în concentraţie de 0,1…1% mol prin adăugarea la soluţiile ce conţin ioni de Ga3+ şi Zn2+ a soluţiilor apoase de săruri de metale pământuri rare.
