Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnologia de obtinere a materialelor oxidice multicomponente, in special, laun procedeu de obtinere a galatului de zinc nanostructurat, care poate fi utilizat in dispozitivelesensibile in domeniile spectrale ultraviolet si vizibil si in materialele pentru senzorii de gaze. Procedeul include amestecarea solutiilor apoase desaruri, ce contin ioni de Ga3+ si Zn2+ in raport molar de 2:1, incalzirea lenta cu agitare timp de 5 minute, dupa care se adauga solutie concentrata de amoniac, apoi amestecul este supus agitarii timp de 10…15 minute, se filtreaza, solutia ramasa sefierbe pana la pH = 7…8, precipitatul format dupafierbere se filtreaza si se calcineaza timp de 6 ore la temperatura de 700…800°Ń. Totodata, la obtinerea galatului de zinc se efectueaza doparea cu ioni de metale pamanturi rare in concentratie de 0,1…1% mol prin adaugarea la solutiile ce contin ioni de Ga3+ si Zn2+ a solutiilor apoase de saruri demetale pamanturi rare.
