Abstract

Inventia se refera la nanotehnologii, in particular la un procedeu de obtinere a unui nanocompozit fotoluminescent, care poate fi utilizat in optoelectronica. Procedeul de obtinere a nanocompozitului fotoluminescent din CdS si un polimer organic include pregatirea unei solutii apoase de nitrat de cadmiu si un compus din clasa tiosemicarbazidelor, care apoi se adauga cu picatura in proportii prestabilite la o solutie hidroalcoolica de alcool polivinilic sau de polivinilpirolidona, dupa agitare amestecul se toarna pe un suport transparent cu sau fara strat conductibil, se trateaza la temperatura de 100 degree C, timp de 0,5-3 ore cu obtinerea unui compozit, avand urmatorul raport al componentelor, % mas.:CdS 10,0-60,0alcool polivinilic sau polivinilpirolidona restul.
