Abstract
Προσφέρεται μια μέθοδος για πλεονεκτική αλλοίωση του ρυθμού σκλήρυνσης της κονίας πυριτικού και φωσφορικού μαγνησίου (ΚΠΦΜ). Επί πλέον του 1% άλατος [ΜF6]n- ή οξέος που προστίθεται σε μια ΚΠΦΜ, η οποία προκύπτει μετά την προσθήκη του άλατος ή του οξέος είτε άμεσα στο ξηρό μίγμα είτε στο νερό που χρησιμοποιείται για να επηρεαστεί η υδραυλική σκλήρυνση της κονίας, ο ρυθμός σκλήρυνσης αλλοιώνεται σημαντικά χωρίς από την άλλη μεριά να επηρεάζει τις φυσικές ιδιότητες της στεγνής κονίας που είναι εν κατακλείδι το προϊόν. Σε κάποιες ενσωματώσεις προτίμησης, τα στοιχεία Νa2ΤiF6 ή και Κ2TiF6 χρησιμοποιούνται ως επιβραδυντές, ενώ το στοιχείο Κ3ΑΙF6 χρησιμοποιείται ως επιταχυντής. Στην περίπτωση άλλων ενσωματώσεων γίνεται χρήση ενώσεων Μ'nΜF6, όπου Μ' είναι ένα αλκαλικό μέταλλο, ένα μέταλλο αλκαλικής γης ή Η, και το στοιχείο Μ επιλέγεται ανάμεσα σ' άλλα Ti (n=2), Zr (n=2), Si (n=2), P (n=1), Al (n=3), και Sb (n=1).
