Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a băuturii alcoolice de struguri.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede zdrobirea strugurilor fără desciorchinare, presarea moderată a acestora, separarea mustului de boştină, tratarea termică a boştinei, alcoolizarea mustului şi a boştinei cu alcool etilic rectificat până la atingerea tăriei de 20…40% vol. şi, respectiv, 40…70% vol., menţinerea mustului alcoolizat în decurs de 2 luni şi macerarea boştinei alcoolizate în decurs de 1…3 luni, separarea maceratului de boştină, cupajarea acestuia cu mustul alcoolizat pentru a obţine o tărie a produsului finit de 35…45% vol. şi deburbarea ulterioară.
