Abstract

La presente invención proporciona procesos para producir productos alimenticios, en particular las bebidas de jugo con un contenido de azúcar reducido enriquecido con fibras dietéticas y los productos alimenticios producidos. Los productos alimenticios procesados son bajos en calorías mientras que conservan la prueba palatable del material de inicio, y contienen una cantidad beneficiosa de fibras dietéticas. El producto alimenticio procesado contiene además sorbitol y ácido glucónico.
