Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una bebida alcohólica "licor" obtenida por la extracción de sustancias aromáticas de diversas plantas naturales silvestres, que presenta además la particularidad de estar hecho a base de café y canela. Es otro objetivo de esta invención es el proceso de elaboración de dicho licor, que presenta la peculiaridad de realizarse en dos etapas, según una maceración primaria de plantas aromáticas en una base hidroalcohólica, y la posterior mezcla del macerado con el resto de los ingredientes y esencias que componen el licor, obteniéndose un producto alcohólico de agradable sabor y aroma. La invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria alimentaria, especialmente en el ámbito de la elaboración de bebidas alcohólicas y licores.
