Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dérivé inédit du pyrazole et un antagoniste du récepteur aux androgènes contenant ledit dérivé de pyrazole. L'invention concerne, plus précisément, un composé de formule (i') ci-dessous ou un sel de celle-ci. (dans la formule, r1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe comportant un atome de carbone servant d'agent de liaison, un groupe comportant un atome d'azote servant d'agent de liaison, un groupe comportant un atome d'oxygène servant d'agent de liaison ou un groupe comportant un atome de soufre servant d'agent de liaison; r2 représente un groupe phényle comportant un groupe cyano (et qui peut, en outre, comporter un substituant autre qu'un groupe cyano); r3 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe comportant un atome de carbone servant d'agent de liaison, un groupe comportant un atome d'azote servant d'agent de liaison, un groupe comportant un atome d'oxygène servant d'agent de liaison ou un groupe comportant un atome de soufre servant d'agent de liaison; r4 représente un groupe cyclique éventuellement substitué; et x représente un groupe co ou méthylène éventuellement substitué.
