Claims (16)
- LV 10861 METODE BET AINA IZDALĪŠANAI NO MELASES PATENTA FORMULA 1. Metode betaīna un saharozes izdalīšanai no biešu melases pseido-kustīga slāņa hromatogrāfijas sistēmas, kas satur vismaz trīs hromatogrāfijas kolonas, kas saslēgtas sērijā un piemērotas šķidruma tecēšanai vienā virzienā caur kolonām, viena un tā paša cikla laikā, minētais cikls ietver melases pievadīšanas stadiju, kas satur melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un būtībā vienlaicīgu eluēšanas ūdens ievadīšanu citā no minētām kolonām, eluēšanas ūdens pievadīšanas stadiju, kas satur ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām, cirkulācijas stadiju, kas satur minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un minētā ūdens cirkulāciju caur minētām kolonām, un produkta frakciju eluēšanu minēto stadiju laikā, kas izdalītas no grupas, kas sastāv no melases atlikuma frakcijas, betaīna frakcijas, sekojošas aiz melases atlikuma frakcijas, un saharozes frakcijas, sekojošas aiz betaīna frakcijas, un minēto stadiju atkārtošanu 1 līdz 6 reizes viena cikla laikā.
- 2. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas bez tam satur saharozes un betaīna frakciju eluēšanu pēc kārtas no vienas no minētām kolonām.
- 3. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. vai 2. punktu, kur minētā melases ievadīšanas stadija un minētā ūdens ievadīšanas stadija bez tam satur divu vai trīs produkta frakciju, kas izdalītas no grupas, kas 2 satur saharozi, melases atlikumu un betaīnu, eluēšanu no vienas no minētām kolonām.
- 4. Metode, saskaņā ar 3. punktu, kurā minēto betaīnu eluē minētās ūdens ievadīšanas stadijas laikā no kolonas, kas ir aiz kolonas, kurā ūdens ir ievadīts.
- 5. Metode, saskaņā ar 3. punktu, kas bez tam satur minētā melases atlikuma eluēšanu kā būtībā atsevišķu frakciju papildus minētam betaīnam minētās ūdens ievadīšanas stadijas laikā.
- 6. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas bez tam satur minētā betaīna un minētā melases atlikuma eluēšanu vienu aiz otra no vienas un tās pašas kolonas.
- 7. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas bez tam satur apgādi ar no 3 līdz aptuveni 14, labāk no 4 līdz aptuveni 8, hromatogrāfijas kolonām, kas saslēgtas sērijā.
- 8. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kurā minētajās hromatogrāfijas kolonās kā adsorbents ir izmantoti stipras skābes katjonu apmaiņas sveķi.
- 9. Metode, saskaņā ar 8. punktu, kurā minētie stipras skābes katjonu apmaiņas sveķi ir vienvērtīgā formā, labāk nātrija vai kālija formā, vai minēto formu maisījums.
- 10. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kurā šķidruma plūsmas ātrums minētajās kolonās ir no aptuveni 0.5 līdz aptuveni 10 m^/h/m^.
- 11. Metode, saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kurā minētā cirkulējošā barošanas šķīduma un ūdens temperatūra ir no aptuveni 40° līdz aptuveni 85°C. 3 LV 10861

Metode betaīna un saharozes izdalīšanai no biešu melases no pseidokustīga slāņa hromatogrāfijas sistēmas ar vismaz trim hromatogrāfijas kolonām, kas saslēgtas sērijā un piemērotas šķidruma tecēšanai vienā virzienā caur kolonām, kas sekojoši satur ( 1 ) melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un melases atlikuma frakcijas eluēšanu no kolonas, kas ir aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts minētais melases barošanas šķīdums; ( 2 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām aiz kolonas, kurā ievadīts minētais melases barošanas šķīdums, būtībā vienā un tajā pašā laikā, kā minētā melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšana, un produkta frakciju eluēšanu, kas satur saharozes frakciju, kas seko betaīna frakcijai no kolonas aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens; ( 3 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām; ( 4 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un melases atlikuma eluēšanu no kolonas aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens; ( 5 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām; ( 6 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un melases atlikuma eluēšanu no kolonas aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens; un ( 7 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām.
- 13. Metode, saskaņā ar 12. punktu, kas bez tam satur stadiju 1 - 7 atkārtošanu, sākot ar melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšanu kolonā aiz minētās kolonas, kurā minētais melases barošanas šķīdums tika ievadīts iepriekšējā cikla laikā.
- 14. Metode betaīna un saharozes izdalīšanai no biešu melases, izmantojot pseidokustīga slāņa hromatogrāfijas sistēmu ar vismaz trim hromatogrāfijas kolonām, kas saslēgtas sērijā un piemērotas šķidruma tecēšanai vienā virzienā caur kolonām, kas sekojoši satur 4 ( 1 ) melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un melases atlikuma frakcijas eluēšanu no kolonas, kas ir aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts minētais melases barošanas šķīdums; ( 2 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām aiz kolonas, kurā ievadīts minētais melases barošanas šķīdums, būtībā vienā un tajā pašā laikā, kā minētā melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšana, un produkta frakciju eluēšanu, izdalot no grupas, kas satur saharozi, betaīnu un saharozes frakciju, kas seko betaīna frakcijai no kolonas aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens-; ( 3 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām; ( 4 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un melases atlikuma eluēšanu no kolonas aiz minētās kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens; ( 5 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām; ( 6 ) ūdens ievadīšanu vienā no minētām kolonām un betaīna eluēšanu no kolonas aiz kolonas, kurā ievadīts ūdens; un ( 7 ) minētā melases barošanas šķīduma un ūdens cirkulēšanu plūsmas virzienā caur minētām kolonām.
- 15. Metode, saskaņā ar 1., 2., 12. vai 14. punktu, kas bez tam satur minētā cikla atkārtošanu pēc līdzsvara sasniegšanas.
- 16. Metode, saskaņā ar 15. punktu, kas bez tam satur stadiju 1 - 7 atkārtošanu, sākot ar melases barošanas šķīduma ievadīšanu kolonā aiz minētās kolonas, kurā minētais melases barošanas šķīdums bija ievadīts iepriekšējā cikla laikā.
