Abstract
본 발명은 대전 방지제를 포함하는 아민이 존재하는 중합조건에서 메타로센 중합촉매를 포함하는 반응영역내에 3 내지 18 탄소원자를 갖는 선택적으로 적어도 하나 알파올레핀 및 에틸렌을 도입하는 것으로 이루어지는 폴리에틸렌 동종중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 에틸렌 및 3 내지 18 탄소원자를 갖는 선택적으로 적어도 하나 알파 올레핀 및 선택적으로 하기 화학식에 의해 표현되는 대전 방지제의 중합조건에서 메탈로센 중합 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 반응영역 내에 디엔을 제공하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 동종중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원중합체의 제조방법 :상기에서, R′은 탄소원자 2 내지 22을 갖는 알킬이고; R'은 탄소원자 2 내지 22를 갖는 하이드록시알킬이고; 그리고 R″은 R′과R″로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨.
- 하기 성분(i) 및 (ⅱ)로 구성되는 촉매 조성물 존재하의 중합조건하에서 반응영역 내에서 선택적으로 적어도 하나 C3내지 C18알파 올레핀 및 에틸렌과 접촉하는 단계; 및 하기 구조식에 의해서 표현되는 대전 방지제를 도입하는 단계; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌의 동종중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체의 제조 방법 :상기식에서, R′은 2 내지 22 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬임; R″은 2 내지 22 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드록시알킬임; 및 R'는 R′과 ″로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택임; 그리고 (a) 일반식 -(A1(R)O)-, 상기에서 R은 1 내지 12 탄소원자를 포함난 알킬 라티칼의 반복단위를 포함하는 가교 또는 고리형 옥리고머릭 폴리(하이드로-카르빌알루미늄 옥사이드), 또는 치환된 또는 비치환된 폐닐 또는 나프틸 군과 같은 아릴 라디칼 및 (b) 브레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 공촉매; (i) 하기 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되어진 촉매 전구체; 및및 이들의 혼합물; 상기식에서 M은 Zr 또는 Hf이고; L은 치환체 또는 비치환체, -결합된 리간드이고; 각 Q는 같거나 다를 수 있고, 독립적으로 -Q-, -NR3-, -CR3-, 및 -S-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고; Y는 C이거나 S이고; Z는 Q가 NR3일 때 Z는 -OR3-NR3 2-, -SR3-SiR3 3r, -PR3 2및 -H로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되어지는 조건과 함께, -OR3, -NR3 2,-CR3 3, -SR3, -SiR3 3, -PR3 2및 -H로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고 ; n은 1 또는 2이고, A는 n이 2일 때가 일가 음이온 군이거나 또는 A는 n이 1일 때 이가 음이온 군이고; R3는 같거나 또는 다를 수 있고, 독립적으로 탄소, 실리콘, 질소, 산소 및/또는 인을 포함하는 군이고, 하나 또는 그 이상 R3군은 선택적으로 L치환체에 붙을 수 있고; T는 1 내지 10 탄소 원자를 포함하는 알킬렌 또는 아릴렌 군, 절마늄, 실리콘 및 알킬포스핀으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되어지는 가교군이고; 및 m은 1 내지 7임, ⅱ) 공촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대전 방지제의 R′이 10 내지 약 12탄소원자를 포함하고, R″와 은R' 각각은 2 내지 4 탄소원자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전 방지제가 N,N- 비스-C2-하이드록시에틸)알킬아민, N-(2-하이드록시에틸)디알칼아민, N,N-비스-(2-하이드록시프로필)알킬아민, N,N-비스(2-하이드록시부틸)알킬아민 및 그와 같은 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제가 대전 방지제 중량에 기초하여 약 50 내지 약 98%로 이루어지는 용매를 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Q는 산소이고,Y는 탄소이고, Z는 -OR3 3, -CR3 3및 -NR3 2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되어지고, R3는 1 내지 20 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카본 군이고, L은 사이클로펜타디에닐 리간드로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 상기 L은 인데닐 군이고, T는 에틸렌 군이거나 또는 실리콘 군; m은 2 또는 3인 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전 방지제가 총단량체 주입의 약 0.0001내지 약 0.02중량% 범위의 양을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 기상에서 실행되고, 촉매가 분사되어 건조되거나 또는 액체형태이고, 대전 방지제가 건헐적으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알파올레핀이 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센-4-메틸-1-펜텐 및 1-옥텐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고; 그리고 i) 5-에틸이덴-2-노보덴, 1,3-사이올로펜타디엔, 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,4-헥사디엔 및 그것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는; 그리고 ii) 카본블랙, 실리카, 점토, 활석 및 그것들을 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되어는 불활성 미립자가 선택적으로 부수적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
