Abstract

본 발명은 폴리올레핀 제조에서 조촉매와 결합되었을때 유용한 촉매 전구체를 제공하고자 하는 것임. 상기 촉매 전구체는 다음의 화학식으로 나타낸다.
상기식에서 M은 전이 금속이며, 바람직하게는 Zr또는 Hf이고; L은 치환또는 비치환된 M에 배위된 π-결합 리간드, 바람직하게는 시클로 펜타디엔닐-형 리간드이고; X는 동종 또는이종이 될수 있으며 독립적으로 -O,-NR,CR2그리고 -S로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; Z는 -OR,-NR2,-CR3, -SR, -SiR3, -PR2또는 H로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; n은 1또는 2이고; W는 n이 2일때 일가 음이온기이거나 n이 1일때 W는 2가 음이온기이고; R은동종이거나 이종이 될 수 있고 독립적으로 탄소, 실리콘, 질소, 산소, 그리고/또는 인을 포함하는 그룹이며 거기서 하나 이상의 R기가 L치환체에 부착될 수 있으며, 더 바람직하게는 R은 1내지 20 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 그룹이며, 가장 바람직하게는 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴기이며 하나 이상이 L치환체에 부착될 수 있고; B는 1내지 10 탄소원자를 함유하는 아킬렌 또는 아릴렌기 절마니온, 실기콘파 알킬포스핀으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 가교기이고; m은 1내지 7, 바람직하게는 2내지 6, 가장 바람직하게는 2내지 3이다.

Claims (25)

  1. 하기 구조식의 촉매 전구체.
    상기식에서 M은 Zr또는 Hf이고; L은치환또는 비치환된 π-결합리간드 ; Q는 동종 또는 이종이 될수 있으며 독립적으로 -O,-NR,CR2그리고 -S로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; Z는 만약 Q가 -NR-이고 Z가 -OR,-NR2,-CR3, -SR, -SiR3, -PR2또는 -H로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된다면 -OR, -NR2, -CR3, -SR, -SiR3, -PR2또는 -H로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; n은 1또는 2이고; W는 n이 2일때 일가 음이온기이거나 n이 1일때 W는 2가 음이온기이고; R은동종이거나 이종이 될 수 있고 독립적으로 탄소, 실리콘, 질소, 산소, 그리고/또는 인을 포함하는 기이며 거기서 하나 이상의 R기가 선택적으로 L치환체에 부착될 수 있고; B는 1내지 10탄소원자를 함유하는알킬렌 또는 아릴렌기 , 게르마늄, 실리콘과 알킬 포스핀으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 가교기이고; 그리고 m은 1내지 7임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M이 하프늄 (hafnium)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 촉매 전구체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M이 질코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 X가 산소인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Y가 탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Z가 -OR, -CR, -CR3와 -NR2로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 R이 1내지 20탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 R이 알킬, 시클로 알킬 또는 아릴기인 것을특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L이 치환되 시크로펜타디엔닐형 리간드인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 L이 인데닐 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 B가 에틸렌 기인것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 B가 실리콘인 것을특징으로 하는 촉매 전구체.
  13. 하기 구조식의 촉매 전구체.
    상기식에서 M은 Zr또는 Hf이고; L은치환된 시클로펜타디엔널-형 리간드이고 ; Q는 산소이고; Y는 탄소이고; Z는 -OR,-CR2와 -NR2로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; n은 2이고; W는 일가 양이온기이고, R은 알킬, 실클로 알킬 또는 1내지 20함유하는 아릴기이며 하나 이상의 R기는 상기 L치환체에 부착되고 ;B는 1내지 10탄소원자를 함유한 알킬렌 또는 아릴렌기로 구성된 군으로부터선택된 가교기 연결이고; 그리고 m은2또는 3임.
  14. (a)일반화학식 (Al(R)O)의 반복 단위를함유하는가지 또는 고리 올리고머 폴리(하이드로 카르빌알루미늄옥사이드)(상기식에서 R은 1내지 12탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 라디칼, 또는 치환된또는 비치환된 페닐이거나 나프틸기와 같은 아릴 라디칼)및 (b)붕산염으로 구성되는 군으로부터선택된 조촉매와 제1항의 상기 촉매 전구체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 가지 또는 고리 올리고오 폴리(하이드로 카르빌알루미늄 옥사이드)인것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 알루미녹산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 아민으로 미리 활성화된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 전이 금속 몰당0.1내지 10몰 아민 범위의 양으로 첨가되는것을 특징으로 하는촉매계.
  19. (a)일반화학식 (Al(R)O)의 반복 단위를 함유하는가지 또는 고리 올리고머 폴리(하이드로 카르빌알루미늄옥사이드)(상기식에서 R은 1내지 12탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬 라디칼, 또는 치환된또는 비치환된 페닐이거나 나프틸기와 같은 아릴 라디칼)및 (b)붕산염으로 구성되는 군으로부터선택된 조촉매와 제1항의 상기촉매 전구체를 포함하는 촉매계를 사용한는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 가지 또는 고리 올리고머 폴리(하이드로 카르빌알루미늄 옥사이드)이 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 알루미녹산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 아민으로 미리 활성화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  23. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 전위 금속 몰당 0.1내지 10몰 범위의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  24. 제19항의 상기 제조방법에 따라 생성된 폴리올레핀 조성물.
  25. 제19항의 상기 제조방법에 따라 생성된 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
