Abstract

본 발명은 어린이용 의자에 관한 것으로서, 무릎지지띠(26b)와 가슴 지지띠(26a)를 갖는 3점식 되감기 안전 벨트가 장착된 자동차 좌석에 부착고정되며 착석부(5)와 등받이부(6)를 포함하며, 등받이부는 그 배면에 안전 벨트의 가슴지지띠(26a)를 안내하기 위한 수단(25a)을 포함하는 어린이용 의자에 있어서, 상기 의자는 안전벨트의 가슴지지띠(26a)의 통과를 허용하는 개방 루프(32)가 장착된 회전식 요소(33)와 상기 회전식 요소(33)를 한방향으로 회전 구동시키기 위한 수단(35)을 포함하여 상기 안전벨트의 인장력이 상기 되감기장치(28)에 대해 반대로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 무릎지지띠(26b)와 가슴지지띠(26a)를 갖는 3점식 되감기 안전벨트가 장착된 자동차 좌석에 부착고정되며 착석부(5)와 등받이부(6)를 포함하며, 등받이부는 그 배면에 안전벨트의 가슴지지띠(26a)를 안내하기 위한 수단(25a)을 포함하는 어린이용 의자에 있어서, 상기 의자는 안전벨트의 가슴지지띠(25a)의 통과를 허용하는 개방 루프(32)가 장착된 회전식 요소(33)와 상기 회전식 요소(33)를 한방향으로 회전 구동시키기 위한 수단(35)을 포함하여 상기 안전벨트의 인장력이 상기 되감기장치(28)에 대해 반대로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한방향으로 회전 구동수단은 포롱/래치트 휘일(35) 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전 요소는 이를 회전시키기 위해 등받이부 뒤에 장착된 횡단 바(33)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전 구동수단은 상기 래치트 휘일(35)과 결합된 포올(40)이 장착된 왕복 작동레버(39)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차 좌석상에 어린이용 의자를 유지하도록 안전벨트의 무릎지지띠(26b)가 통과할 수 있는 수단(11, 12)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 어린이용 의자는 상기 착석부(5)와 등받이부(6)를 형성하는 버켓과 상기 버켓을 지지하고 자동차 좌석(4)에 부착 고정되는 보강재(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  7. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 횡단 바(33)는 상기 보강재의 후방 프레임체(11)에 고정된 베어링(34)상에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 자동차 좌석(4)의 등받이부에 부착되는 U자 형상의 횡단 스페이스 바(12)는 안전벨트(26)의 무릎지지띠(26b)가 보강재의 상기 후방부(11)와 상기 U자 형상의 스페이스 바(12)사이를 통과할 수 있도록 보강재의 후방부(11)에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 의자.
