Abstract

차량용 시트는 머리 받침(3)이 있는 등받이(2)를 구비한다. 그 등받이(2)의 내부를 관통하여 뻗는 가요성견인 부재(8)는 추돌시 이동되는 관설 질량체(14)의 운동에 반응하여 머리 받침(3)상의 견인 부재의 부착점(7)을 변위시키게 되어 있다. 그 변위는 그 견인 부재와 연결된 기계적인 셋팅 기구(mechanical setting mechanism)에서 머리 받침(3)의 탑승자 머리를 향한 운동으로 변환되어 머리 받침(3)과 탑승자의 머리 사이의 거리를 감소시킨다.

제1도는 정류의 중립 위치에 있는 본 발명의 차량용 시트를 부분적으로 절단하여 도시한 개략적 측면도.
제2도는 추돌(追突)시의 차량용 시트를 도시한 도면.
제6도는 폐쇄된 가이드내에서 왕복 이동되게 되어 있는 관성 질량체를 구비하는 본 발명의 차량용 시트의 제3실시예의 상기 도면들에 상응하는 도면.
제12도는 머리 받침을 피벗이 자유롭게 장착하는 또다른 방법을 보여주는 도면.

Claims (17)

  1. 등받이(2)에 머리 받침(3)을 구비한 차량용 시이트에 있어서, 상기 등받이(2)를 관통하여 가요성 견인부재(8)가 마련되어 있으며, 이 견인 부재(8)는 추돌시 이동되는 관성 질량체(14)의 운동에 반응하여 그 운동을 머리 받침과 상기 견인부재를 연결시키는 기계적인 셋팅 기구상에 있는 견인부재(8)의 부착점(7)의 운동으로 전환시키게 되어 있으며, 그 부착점(7)의 운동은 기계적 셋팅 기구에서 상기 머리 받침(3)의 상기 차량용 시이트에 착석한 탑승자의 머리를 향한 운동으로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가요성 인장 부재(8)는 차량용 시이트 안에 있는 테이프 혹은 직물 인레이(fabric inlay)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 머리 받침(3)은 피벗이 자유롭게 장착되고, 견인부재(8)는 추돌시 머리 받침(3)을 상기 탑승자의 머리를 향하여 피벗시키도록 피벗이 자유롭게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 머리 받침(3)에는 피벗 장착 수단(5)이 합체되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 견인 부재(8)는 머리 받침(3) 자체 혹은 그것에 연결된 레버(6)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  6. 제1항 및 제2항에 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셋팅 기구는 상기 머리 받침(3)용 가이드(11)를 구비하여 상기 머리 받침이 상기 가이드(11)를 따라 이동 및 셋팅될 수 있게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 머리 받침(3)은 상기 등받이(2)안에 설치된 직선형 가이드에 유지되며, 그 직선형 가이드는 비스듬하게 상방으로 탑승자의 머리를 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견인부재(8)가 취한 운동은 추돌의 경우 차량에 관하여 후방으로 향한 등받이(2)의 피벗 운동인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  9. 제8항에 잇어서, 견인 부재(8)는 차체의 바닥에 인접한 단부(9)에서 차체와 일체적인 부분에 부착되며, 등받이(2)상에는 피벗 운동 중의 견인 부재와 결합하여 그것을 이동시키는 유도 수단(16)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 차체에 대하여 왕복운동으로 안내되면서 운동하게 되어 있는 관성 질량체(14)가 마련되어 있으며, 상기 견인 부재(8)는 상기 관성 질량체와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견인 부재(8)가 취한 운동은 차량에 관하여 차량 시트의 후방으로 향한 왕복 변위인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 견인 부재(8) 차체의 바닥과 인접한 그것의 일단부(9)에서 차체와 일체적인 부분에 부착되며, 상기 쿠션(1)상에는 상기 변위 중에 견인부재(8)와 결합하여 그것을 이동시키게 되어 있는 유도 수단(17)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 견인 부재(8)는, 추돌시 차량 탑승자가 등받이(2)안으로 밀려 들어갈 때 굴곡되어 머리 받침측에 있는 견인 부재(8)의 부착점(7)의 변위를 유발하거나 혹은 보조하도록, 상기 등받이(2)를 통해 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 머리 받침(3)을 셋팅된 위치에 고정하기 위하여 록킹 장치가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 록킹 장치는 클램핑 기구 및/또는 멈춤 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견인 부재(8)와 결합되는 기어가 또한 구비되어 있으며, 상기 기어는 머리 받침(3)의 변위 경로와 산기 부착점(7)이 변위되는 경로 사이의 비를 변화시키게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머리 받침(3)의 운동을 감쇠시키는 감쇠 요소(18,19)가 또한 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트.
