Abstract

등받이부(2)를 형성하는 시트 본체(3)를, 원호상으로 연장하는 안내 레일(8)과 이것을 따라 이동하는 안내 부재(9)와의 조합으로 이루어진 상대 이동 안내 기구(7)에 의해서, 베이스(6)에 대해서 원호상으로 이동 가능하게 한다. 시트 본체(3)에 시트부(5)를 회전가능하게 부착하고 연결 부재(30)를 안내 레일(8)의 직선상부분(11)에 걸어맞춤하므로써 시트 본체(3)의 이동에 불구하고 시트부(5)의 자세를 거의 일정하게 유지하게 한다. 이것에 의해서 자동차 본래 좌석의 등받이부에 간섭됨 없이 등받이부(2)를 리클라이닝 가능하게 하면서 등받이부(2)가 리클라이닝한 경우에도 시트부(5)를 거의 수평하게 유지할 수 있다. 따라서, 리클라이닝 상태에 있어서 유아에게 무리한 자세를 강요하는 일이 없다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 자동차용 유아 안전 시트(1)를 측방에서 도시하는 개략적 종단면도, 제 7 도는 제 5 도의 선 VII-VII에 따른 단면도, 제10도는 제 9 도에 도시한 로크 부재(18)의 이동을 조작하기 위한 구조를 도시하는 단면도, 제11도는 시트부(5)의 자세를 거의 일정하게 유지하기 위한 구조를 자동차용 유아 안전 시트(1)의 전방으로부터 도시하는개략적 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 등받이부(2)를 형성하는 시트 본체(3)와, 상기 시트 본체(3)에 대해서 회전가능하게 부착되는 시트부(5)와, 상기 시트 본체(3)를 이동가능하게 유지하는 베이스(6)와, 상기 시트 본체(3)의 이동에 불구하고 상기 시트부(5)의 자세를 거의 일정하게 유지하도록 상기 베이스(6)와 상기 시트부(5)를 연결하기 위한 연결 수단(30)을 구비하며, 상기 베이스(6)와 상기 시트 본체(3)는 수직면내에서 원호상으로 연장하는 부분(10)을 갖는 안내 레일(8)과 상기 안내 레일(8)을따라 이동하도록 안내되는 안내 부재(9)와의 조합으로 이루어진 상대 이동 안내 기구(7)에 의해서 연결되며, 상기 상대이동 안내 기구(7)는 상기 안내 부재(9)를 상기 안내 레일(8)상의 복수의 위치에서 선택적으로 고정하는 수단(15, 16,17, 18)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안내 레일(8)은 상기 베이스(6)측에 설치되며, 상기 안내 부재(9)는 상기 시트 본체(3)측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 안내 레일(8)은 상기 원호상으로 연장하는 원호상 부분(10)의 한쪽 끝에서 직선상으로 연장하는 직선상 부분(11)을 가지며, 상기 연결 수단은 상기 시트부(5)에 부착되는 것이며, 상기 직선상 부분(11)에걸어맞춤되면서 이동가능한 걸어맞춤부(31)를 갖는 연결 부재(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안내 레일(8)은 그 양측부에 연장부(12)를 형성한 전체로서 U자상의 단면을 가지며, 상기 안내 부재(9)는 상기 연장부(12)에 걸어맞춤하는 가로로 눕힌 C자상의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 선택적 고정 수단은 상기 안내 레일(8)의 세로 방향으로 분포하도록 설치된 복수개의 걸어맞춤 구멍(15, 16) 및 상기 안내 부재(9)에 의해서 이동가능하게 유지되며 또한 그 이동에 의해서 상기 걸어맞춤 구멍(15, 16)중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 삽입되는 걸어맞춤 돌기(17)를 갖는 로크 부재(18)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 걸어맞춤 돌기(17)가 상기 걸어맞춤 구멍(15, 16)중 어느 하나에 삽입되는 방향으로 이동하도록 상기 로크 부재(18)를 가압하는 스프링(20)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 걸어맞춤 돌기(17)를 상기 걸어맞춤 구멍(15,16)중의 어느 하나로부터 탈출시키는 방향으로 상기 로크 부재(18)를 이동시키기 위해 상기 로크 부재(18)의 일부분에 걸어맞춤 가능하고 상기 로크 부재(18)의 이동 방향에 대해서 직교하는 방향으로 이동가능한 캠 부재(23) 및 상기 캠 부재(23)를 이동시키는 조작을 부여하는 조작부재(26)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 조작 부재(26)는 상기 시트부(5)의 아래쪽에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 조작 부재(26)와 상기 캠 부재(23)를 연결하는 와이어(28)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 유아 안전 시트.
