Abstract
동기모터는 요크와 단단히 부착되고 코일이 사용되는 슬롯들에 의해 이격되는 복수개의 치형요소를 가지는 아마츄어로 구성된다. 바닥에 의해 포함되는 복수개의 자석들로 구성되는 유도자가 공기 간극에 의해 아마츄어로부터 이격된다. 모터의 크기는 아마츄어의 치형요소가 전체 높이에 걸쳐 일정단면을 가지고 치형헤드를 따르는 슬롯폭은 실제로 상기 헤드의 폭과 동일하여 슬롯에 의한 기생 저항효과를 최소화한다. 모터는 선형 또는 회전식이 가능하다.

Claims (12)
- 동기모터가 요크(1)로 구성되고, 상기 요크(1)와 확고하게 부착된 제1단부를 가지고 슬롯(2)과 상기슬롯(2)내에 부분적으로 구성되는 코일들(30;31;52,53)사이에 형성되는 복수개의 치형요소(25;51,51`)로 구성되는 아마츄어(60)로 이루어지며 상기 코일들(30;31;52,53)은 상기 코일들에 에너지가 공급될 때 상기 치형 요소내에서 자기 플럭스를 발생하도록 구성되며, 상기 치형요수(25;51,51`)는 각각 상기 제1단부와 반대쪽에 제2단부를 가지고 제1폭(bd)을 가지는 치형헤드(62)를 형성하며, 상기 슬롯(2)은 각각 상기 치형헤드(62)의 높이에서 제2폭(bn)을 가지며, 상기 제1폭 및 제2폭은 치형피치(τn)를 형성하고, 상기 모터는 추가로 상기 치형헤드(62)와 마주보게 구성되는 유도자(61)로 이루어지고 복수개의 영구자석(8) 및 플럭스 귀환기능의 바닥(9)으로 구성되고 상기 바닥위에 상기 영구자석(8)이 구성되는 동기모터에 있어서, 상기 치형요소(25;51,51`)은 제1단부와 제2단부 사이에서 일정단면을 가지고 상기 제2폭(bn)과 상기 치형피치(τn)의 비율은 약 0.4와 0.55사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동기 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 코일(30)은 오직 하나의 치형요소(25;51,51`)를 둘러싸고 사실상 치형요소(25;51,51`)와 인접한 두 개의 슬롯(2) 모두를 충진하고, 두 개의 슬롯내에서 오직 하나의 치형요소(25;51,51`)가 하나의 코일(30)에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각이 치형요소(25;51,51`)가 코일(31)에 의해 둘러싸이고 두 개의 인접한 코일들이 둘러싸이는 치형요소를 분리시키는 모든 슬롯(2)을 사실상 충진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 전항들 중의 한 항에 있어서, 코일들(30;30;52,53)이 인접한 권선들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 전항들 중의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1폭(bd) 및 상기 제2폭(bn)이 사실상 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 전항들 중의 한 항에 있어서, 동기모터는 추가로 냉각장치로 구성되고, 상기 냉각장치는 코일(30;31;52;53)사이에서 슬롯(2)내에 위치하는 복수개의 튜브들(11)과 요크(1)로 구성되고, 상기 튜브(11)는 냉매(50)의 유동을 위해 서로에 대해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 냉각장치는 추가로 튜브(11)를 부분적으로 둘러싸고 각각의 슬롯(2)내에 하나가 구성되고 인접한 치형욧(25:51,51`)중의 하나와 슬롯(2)내의 코일(30:31:52,53)사이에 샌드위치 구조를 형성하는 복수개의 열전달판(12)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 전항들 중의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모터가 선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 전항들 중의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모터가 회전식이고, 모터의 스테이터는 상기 아마츄어(60)에 의해 형성되고 로터는 상기 유도자(61)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아마츄어(60)는 각각이 하나의 코일(52,53)에 의해 둘러싸이는 짝수개의 치형요소(51,51`)로 구성되고, 인접한 치형요소(51,51`)의 각각의 쌍에 있어서, 하나는 적어도 사실상 직사각형의 단면을 가지는 각각의 코일(52)에 의해 둘러싸이고, 적어도 사실상 사다리꼴의 단면을 가지는 하나의 코일(53)에 의해 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기모터.
- 다음의 연속단계 ; -콤팩트하고 기성형된 코일을 생산하기 위해 각각의 상기 치형요소(25)의 단면과 사실상 동일한 단면을 가지는 사각형 코아를 가지는 독립적인 성형장치 위에 위치하고, 인접한 권선내에 코일(30:31)중 하나를 성형하기 위해 와이어를 스플링하고, -성형기로부터 코일을 제거하며, -아마츄어(60)의 치형요소(25)상에 코일(30:31)을 끼워 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하며, 제7항의 선형모터내에서 사용되는 코일(30:31)을 제조하고 끼워 맞추기 위한 방법.
- 다음의 연속 단계;-콤팩트하고 기성형된 코일을 생산하기 위해 각각의 상기 치형요소(51,51`)의 단면과 사실상 동일한 단면을 가지는 직사각형 코아를 가지는 독립적인 성형장치 위에 위치하고 인접한 권선내에 각각의 직사각형 단면의 코일(52)을 형성하기 위한 와이어를 스플링하고,-콤팩트하고 기성형된 코일을 생산하기 위해 각각의 상기 치형요소(51,51`)의 단면과 사실상 동일한 단면을 가지는 직사각형 코아를 가지는 독립적인 성형장치위에 위치하고 인접한 권선내에 각각의 사다리꼴형 단면의 코일(53)을 형성하기 위한 와이어를 스플링하며, -아마츄어의 모든 제2치형요소(51`)위에 사다리꼴형 단면의 각각의 코일을 끼워 맞추고, -아마츄어의 각각의 나머지 치형요소(51)위에 직사각형 단면의 각각의 코일을 끼워 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하며, 제9항의 회전식 모터에서 사용되는 코일(52,53)을 제조하고 끼워 맞추기 위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
