Abstract
본 발명은, 고온하에 있어서도 서미스터소자의 저항치의 편차가 작은 안정된 온도센서를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
그리고, 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 온도센서는, 금속제의 내열캡(5)과, 이 내열캡(5)내에 수납한 서미스터소자(1)와, 이 서미스터소자(1)에 전기적으로 접속하는 동시에, 상기 내열캡(5) 밖으로 인출한 적어도 1개 이상의 리이드선(4)을 구비하고, 상기 내열캡(5)은 Ni-Cr을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 온도센서의 단면도.
Claims (20)
- 금속제의 내열캡과, 이 내열캡 내에 수납한 서미스터소자와, 이 서미스터소자에 전기적으로 접속하는 동시에, 상기 내열캡 밖으로 인출한 적어도 1개이상의 리이드선을 구비하고, 상기 내열캡은 Ni-Cr을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열캡의 적어도 안쪽에는, Ni산화물을 함유한 산화물 층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서미스터소자는 Mg(Al, Cr, Fe)2O4계 재료, Mg(Al, Cr)2O|4계 재료, (Al, Cr, Fe)2O3계 재료중 어느 1종류를 사용해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cr의 함유량은, 20%이하(단 0%는 제외)인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 금속제의 내열캡과, 이 내열캡내에 수납한 서미스터소자와, 이 서미스터소자에 전기적으로 접속하는 동시에, 상기 내열캡과, 이 내열캡 밖으로 인출한 적어도 1개이상의 리이드선을 구비하고, 상기 내열킵은 -Fe을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 내열캡의 적어도 안쪽에는, Ni산화물을 함유한 산화물 층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 서미스터소자는, Mg(Al, Cr, Fe)2O4계 재료, Mg(Al, Cr)2O|4계 재료, (Al, Cr, Fe)2O3계 재료중 어느 1종류를 사용해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제5항에 있어서, Cr의 함유량은 20%이하(단 0%는 제외)인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 서미스터재료로 이루어진 성형체에, 소성온도보다도 높은 융점을 가진 금속을 삽입하고, 소결해서 서미스터소자를 얻고, 다음에 이 서미스터소자와 1개이상의 리드선을 가진 다심관을 상기 리드선을 개재해서 접속하고, 이어서 상기 서미스터소자에 Ni-Cr을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성된 내열캡을 씌워서, 이 내열캡과 상기 다심관을 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열처리를 실시한 내열캡을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 열처리 온도는, 1000∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열처리는 산화분위기에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 열처리 온도는, 1000∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 내열캡과 다심관을 접속한 후, 열처리 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 서미스터재료로 이루어진 성형체에, 소성온도보다도 높은 융점을 가진 금속을 삽입하고, 소결해서 서미스터소자를 얻고, 다음에 이 서미스터소자와 1개이상의 리드선을 가진 다심관을 상기 리드선을 개재해서 접속하고, 이어서 상기 서미스터소자에 Ni-Cr-Fe을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성된 내열캡을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제15 항에 있어서, 열처리를 실시한 내열캡을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 열처리 온도는, 1000∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 열처리는 산화분위기에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 열처리 온도는, 1000∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 내열캡과 다심관을 접속한 후, 열처리 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서의 제조방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
