Abstract

본 발명은 유체압력작동형 작동수단(14,15)이 싱크로메쉬유니트를 작동시키는 싱크로메쉬형 차량변속기에서 변속비의 선택을 위한 변속비셀렉터기구에 관한 것이다. 작동수단의 작동압력은 변속기의 주어진 변속비의 선택중에 또는 변속기의 선택되는 변속비에 따라서 기계적으로 또는 전자적으로 변화됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 차량변속기의 변속비셀렉터기구를 보인 개략구성도, 제2도는 제1도의 기구에 사용된 변속비선택게이트와 이에 결합된 시프트 레일을 보인 사시도, 제3도는 셀렉터기구의 일부를 구성하는 볼밸브형의 유체감압밸브를 보인 단면도, 제4도는 제3도에서 보인 감압밸브의 작동특성을 보인 그래프, 제5도는 다른 압력제한밸브의 작동특성을 보인 그래프, 제6도는 압력제한 밸브의 적당한 형태를 보인 단면도.

Claims (16)

  1. 위체 압력작동형 작동수단이 싱크로메쉬유니트를 작동시키는 싱크로메쉬형의 차량용 변속기에서 작동변속비의 선택을 위한 변속비셀렉터기구에 있어서, 이 기구가 작동수단의 작동압력이 변속기의 주어진 변속비의 선택중에 또는 변속기에서 선택된 변속비에 따라 변화됨을 특징으로 하는 변속비셀렉터기구.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 작동압력이 변속기의 고변속비를 선택할때에 낮아짐을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 작동수단이 다수의 변속기어시프트레일중 하나에 결합토록 셀렉터부재를 제1방향으로 이동시키는 제1유체압력작동형 작동기와, 선택된 변속비에 결합토록 결합된 시프트레일을 종방향으로 이동시키기 위하여 셀렉터부재를 제2방향으로 이동시키는 제2유체압력작동형 작동기로 구성되고, 제2작동기에 가하여진 유체압력의 레벨이이 제1작동기의 위치에 따라 변화됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 실제로 선택된 변속비에 결합하는데 이용되는 힘을 결정하는 제2작동기에 가하여 지는 압력이 제1작동기가 차량변속기의 고변속기에 결합되는 시프트레일과 결합될 때에 낮아짐을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  5. 청구범위 3 또는 4항에 있어서, 제3작동기에 공급되는 압력의 레벨이 제1작동기의 위치에 따라서 변화되는 탄력에 대항하여 작용하는 밸브부재에 의하여 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  6. 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 제1작동기와 함께 이동하는 접속부가 밸브부재를 폐쇄 위치로 탄지하는 스프링에접하고, 제1작동기의 운동기 스프링의 유효탄력을 변화시킴을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  7. 청구범위 5 또는 6항에 있어서, 밸브부재가 감압밸브로서 작동토록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  8. 청구범위 5 또는 6항에 있어서, 밸브부재가 압력제한밸브로서 작동토록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  9. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 유체압력이 사전에 결정된 변속기 또는 차량작동기준에 따라서 전자제어수단으로 부터의 신호에 비례하는 압력에서 유체를 유출하는 비례압력조절밸브로서 작용하는 솔레노이드작동형 마스타제어밸브를 통하여 작동수단에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  10. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 제1압력이 비례유량밸브로서 작용하는 솔레노이드작동형 마스타제어밸브를 통하여 작동수단에 공급되고, 압력변화기가 제공되어 작동수단에 공급되는 압력레벨을 감지하며 그 출력이 사전에 결정된 변속기 또는 차량작동기준에 따라서 작동수단압력을 제어토록 마스타 제어밸브의 솔레노이드에 신호를 공급하는 전자제어수단에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  11. 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 가압유체의 소오스가 마스타제어밸브에 연결된 축압기를 충전시키는 펌프로 구성되고, 압력변화기가 마스타제어밸브의 작동수단측에 배치되나 마스타제어밸브의 공급측에서 마스타제어밸브를 통하여 축압기압력에 연결되어 기구가 변속비를 선택치 아니할 때에 축압기 압력을 모니터함을 특지으로 하는 기구.
  12. 청구범위 1항과 9-11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동수단에 공급되는 압력이 하나 이상의 다음 기준에 응답하여 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 기구.
    a) 현재 작동하는 싱크로에 요고된 시프트부하, b) 변속기의 작동모우드, c) 현재변속비선택싸이클의 현재싯점, d) 변속기오일온도, e) 차량의 주행속도 또는 엔진속도.
  13. 청구범위 1-12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동하는 변속비의 선택이 운전자에 의한 변속기어셀렉터부재의 운동에 의하여 수동으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  14. 청구범위 1-12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동하는 변속비의 선택이 사전에 결정된 차량작동기준에 따라 전자제어수단에 의하여 작동으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 기구.
  15. 청구범위 1-14항의 어느 한 항에 따른 변속비셀렉터기구를 포함하고 메인구동라인클러치가 사전에 결정된 차량작동파라메타에 따라서 전자제어수단의 제어하에 클러치작동기에 의하여 분리되고 결합되는 클러치제어시스템을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 변속기제어시스템.
  16. 본문에 상슬하고 제1도-제5도 또는 제6도 또는 제7도 또는 제8도 또는 제9도와 제10도에 도시된 바와같이 구성된 변속비셀렉터기구.
