Abstract
물의 전해에 의해 알칼리성 물 및/또는 산성 물을 생성하는 전해장치에 관한 것이다. 물의 전해중에 전해조(36)의 전극판에 퇴적한 탄산칼슘 등의 스케일을 제거하기 위하여, 제어장치(166)는 소정의 타이밍으로 극성반전 스위치(186)를 작동시켜, 전해조(36)의 전극판에 인가되는 전압을 반전시킨다. 제어장치(166)는 물의 경도를 검출하는 수단(190,192)을 구비하여, 반대극성의 직류전압을 인가하는 시간을 물의 경도에 따라 증감시킨다. 물의 경도는 바람직하게는 물의 전기전도도를 검출함으로써 결정된다. 스케일을 제거하기에 필요한 시간이 단축된다.

Claims (5)
- 전해유로를 형성하는 한쌍의 전극판을 가지는 전해조와, 상기 전해유로를 흐르는 물을 전해하여 알칼리성 물과 산성 물을 생성하도록 상기 전극판 사이에 소정 극성의 직류전압을 인가하는 수단과, 상기 전극판 사이에 인가되는 직류저압으 극성을 반전하는 스위치수단과, 상기 소정 극성과는 반대극성의 직류전압을 소정의 타이밍으로 상기 전극판 사이에 인가함으로써, 물의 전해중에 전극판에 석출된 스케일을 제거하도록 상기 스위치수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 물전해장치에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 전해할 물의 경도를 검출하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제어수단은 상기 반대극성의 직류전압이 인가되는 시간을 물의 경도에 따라 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물전해장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물의 경도를 검출하는 상기 수단은 물의 전기전도를 검출하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제어수단을 물의 전기전도도에 의거하여 물의 경도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물전해장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 물의 전해전도도를 검출하는 상기 수단은 상기 전극판 사이에 인가되는 전압과 전극판사이에서 흐르는 전류를 검출하고, 상기 제어수단은 검출된 전압과 전류에 의거하여 물의 전기전도도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물전해장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 무격막형의 전해조인 것을 특징으로 하는 물전해장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 물의 경도에 따라 증감하는 변수를 설정하고, 상기 제어수단은 알칼리성 물 공급모드에서의 전해시간과 산성 물 공급모드에서의 전해시간과를 상기 변수를 한도로 하여 서로 상쇄하면서 적산하고, 적산된 시간에 대응하는 극성과는 반대극성의 직류전압을 소정의 타이밍으로 상기 전극판 사이에 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물전해장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
