Abstract
복합 적층체용의 가벼운 구조물 코어로서의 사용에 적합한 편평 시이트 형태 또는 만곡 3차원 형태의 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 제품(10)은 중공의 세라믹 중심체(11,12)와 건조 수지 분말(14)의 혼합체로 제조되며 이는 열경화성 또는 고온 열가소성 수지로 만들어지고, 상기 혼합체를 가열 및 냉각시에 소정의 형태로 일체화시키기 위해 중심체 매스의 간극에 분포된다. 수지 코팅재료로부터의 폐기 부산물로서 수집된 수지 분말은 소정제품의 제조에서 리사이클리될 수 있다. 기포 제품은 상기 혼합체의 물리적 교반에 의해 중심체와 분말 수지를 먼저 혼합하고, 상기 혼합체를 경계 부재 사이의 치수 정의 영역에서 분리제를 갖는 표면위의 층으로서 적층하며, 이후 수지 분말을 용융하기에 충분한 기간동안 일정 온도로 층을 압축하거나 압축하지 않고서 열을 공급하고, 이후 상기 경화된 상태의 수지를 냉각하여 혼합체를 제품으로 일체화 하므로써 형성되며, 이후 상기 제품은 성형 영역으로부터 철회된다. 유리 또는 탄소 섬유(15)와 같은 보강 요소가 소정의 물리적 및 기계적 상태량을 위해 선택적으로 상기 혼합체에 구비된다.

- 복합층 구조체용의 저밀도 강성 기포 시이트를 제공하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 코어 재료로서, 중공의 세라믹 중심체층과, 상기 중심체보다 직경이 작고 이 중심체층과 완전히 혼합되어 균일한 혼합체를 제공하는 건조 수지 분말을 포함하며, 상기 중심체와 수지 분말의 혼합체는 중심체와 상호결합 관계로 상기 수지의 열용융 및 열경화 사이클을 통해 처리되고, 상기 수지는 용융 수지의 경화시에 상기 층에 보이드 공간을 남기면서 상기 혼합체를 일체화된 강성 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층에 상호결합시키도록 양적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 코어 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중심체는 유리 중심체이고 보강요소를 구비하며, 상기 보강요소는 유리 중심체와 수지의 혼합체와 혼합되어 상호 결합된 섬유 형태의 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 코어 재료.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중심체에 대한 수지의 접착을 향상시키기 위한 촉매로서 헥사메틸렌테트라민이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 코어 재료.
- 중량이 가벼운 물품을 제조하기위한 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 혼합체로서, 층내의 유리로 된 중공의 중심체 매스와, 상기 중심체보다 직경이 작고 이 중심체 전체에 걸쳐 분포되는 건조 수지 분말을 포함하며, 상기 중심체와 수지 분말의 혼합체는 중심체와 상호결합 관계로 상기 수지의 열용융 및 열경화 사이클을 통해 처리되고, 상기 수지는 용융 수지의 경화시에 상기 층에 보이드 공간을 남기면서 상기 혼합체를 일체화된 강성 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층에 상호결합시키도록 양적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 혼합체.
- 복합 제품에 사용될 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층을 형성하는 방법으로서, 중공의 세라믹 중심체 매스와 결합 수지를 건조 분말 형태로 혼합시키는 단계와, 상기 중심체 미스에 걸쳐서 수지 분말을 균일하게 분포시키기 위해 상기 혼합체를 물리적으로 섞는 단계와, 그위에 분리 재료층을 갖는 기초면에 상기 균일한 혼합체를 층으로서 적층하는 단계와, 상기 혼합체 층을 가열 사이클을 통해 처리하여 상기 수지 분말을 용하고 상기 용융된 수지를 경화하여 수지와 중심체를 강성 일체화 층으로 융합하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 중심체와 혼합되는 건조 수지 분말의 양은 수지와 중심체를 상호 결합하여 층에 보이드 공간을 형성하는데 호과적인 양인것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 형성 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 코어로서의 복합 샌드위치 구조체에 대해 이와 위아래 관계에 있는 비교적 얇은 표면층을 제공하는 단계 및, 상기 표면층과 코어층을 함께 경화 사이클에 겪게 하여 상기 코어층이 가열 사이클중에 합체됨에 따라 상기 표면층을 상기 코어층에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 형성 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코어층에 적용되는 하나이상의 표면층은 경화되지 않은 상태의 수지 시이트 재료를 포함하며, 상기 방법은 상기 코어층을 일체화하기 위해 수지를 가열 및 경화시키는 사이클중에 경화되지 않은 표면층을 상기 코어층과 결합된 상태로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱 형성 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 층을 3차원 형태위로 가열된 접착성 적응 스테이지에 있는 동안 주름지게 하므로써 3차원 물품이 제조되며, 상기 방법은 상기 형태상의 층의 수지를 상기 형태에 맞는 형상의 일체화된 3차원 물품으로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 형성 방법.
- 중량이 가벼운 물품을 제조하기 위해 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층을 제조하는 방법으로서, 중공 세라믹 중심체의 매스를 제공하는 단계와, 상기 중심체와 다량의 건조 수지 분말을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 분말의 입자의 치수는 상기 중심체의 직경보다 작으며, 상기 방법은, 상기 중심체와 수지 분말의 혼합체에 진동을 가하여 완전한 혼합체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 층내의 혼합체를 수지 분말 입자가 용융된 상태로 전환되는 온도로 가열하는 단계와, 상기 용융된 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 건조 수지 분말의 양은 상기 중심체와 수지를 결합시켜 강성의 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층으로 상호 결합하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 수지 분말의 양은 수지의 경화시에 혼합체에 보이드를 형성하는 중심체 사이 공간을 메우는데 적절한 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 수지 분말의 양은 상기 중심체의 적어도 일부분을 상호 접촉으로부터 이격시키기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중심체 매스는 직경이 다양한 중심체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 혼합체를 가열하기 이전에 콤팩트하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 상기 혼합체의 표면과 연통하는 적어도 하나의 가열된 접촉면을 갖는 가열 수단을 제공하므로써 전도적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 고주파 에너지 가열수단을 상기 혼합체와 밀접한 관계로 제공하고 이 혼합체를 유도 가열하므로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 저밀도 유리기포 강화 플라스틱층 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내요에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
