Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの繊維強化プラスチックカバー層の間に埋め込まれた発泡材料製の内部構造体(3)を具備するサンドイッチ構造を備える、連続強化繊維層(2、2')を備えた成形プラスチック多層構成部品(1)であって、
前記構成部品(1)が前記埋め込まれた内部構造体(3)の周囲に前記繊維強化プラスチック製の閉じられた縁を備え、該縁が前記繊維層(2、2')の少なくとも1つの、前記内部構造体(3)の周囲より余る部分(2")によって形成されることを特徴とする構成部品。 - 前記繊維強化プラスチックカバー層の繊維層(2、2')が
長繊維または連続長繊維から成り、該繊維層がガラス繊維、炭素繊維および/またはアラミド繊維を含み、特にロービング、不織布、メリヤス地、マット、織物を含む繊維配置の形であり、
熱硬化性または原位置重合熱可塑性プラスチックマトリックス材(4)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構成部品。 - 前記内部構造体の前記発泡材料が、繊維部分ありまたはなしで熱可塑性のまたは熱硬化性のプラスチックコンポーネントを含んでいることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の構成部品。 - 請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載の成形プラスチック多層構成部品(1)の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
a)パンチ(10)およびダイス(11)を含み、製造方法を実行するための一つのプレス成形金型を準備し、少なくとも1つの第一の繊維層(2)を挿入し、その上にセパレーター(3')を載せ、前記セパレーター(3')の上に第二の繊維層(2')を載せ、その際前記繊維層(2、2')の少なくとも1つが前記セパレーター(3')の周囲より余る部分(2")を備え、その結果前記セパレーター(3')の縁が前記繊維層(2、2')の少なくとも1つによって周囲を覆われている、
b)前記金型を閉じ、硬化可能なプラスチックマトリックス材(4)を前記繊維層(2、2')に射出する、
c)発泡性プラスチック材料(5)を前記セパレーター(3')によって準備された、前記硬化される繊維強化プラスチックカバー層(2、2')の間の閉じたキャビティ内に射出し、前記プラスチック材料の発泡工程を開始する、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記セパレーター(3')が前記内部構造体に対応して形成され、および前記キャビティを区切る、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡性材料が、熱硬化性プラスチックマトリックス材によって準備される、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記セパレーター(3')が少なくとも1つの分離シート層によって準備され、その際前記方法が工程c)の前に以下の工程:
c0)前記パンチ(10)と前記ダイス(11)が、その間に準備された、前記製造すべきプラスチック多層構成部品の厚さの間隔と一致するよう互いに間隔を空けられ、その際前記閉じられたキャビティが前記第一のおよび前記第二の繊維層の間に前記分離シート層によって形成される、を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記マトリックス材中の前記セパレーターが、前記発泡工程中に溶解する、請求項4〜8のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)で、前記発泡工程の開始が以下:
−推進剤、特に圧縮ガスの射出、または
−前記キャビティ内にある前記利用可能な発泡性プラスチック材料への熱または光の供給、またはマイクロ波または超音波の接続
を含む、請求項4〜9のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜3のうち少なくとも1項に記載の成形プラスチック多層構成部品の方法であって、以下の工程
a1)パンチ(10)およびダイス(11)を含み、製造方法を実行するための1つのプレス成形金型を準備し、少なくとも1つの第一の繊維層(2)を挿入し、その上に発泡させた発泡材料から成る前記内部構造体(3)を載せ、前記内部構造体(3)の上に第二の繊維層(2')を載せ、その際前記繊維層(2、2')の少なくとも1つが前記内部構造体(3)の周囲より余る部分(2")を備え、その結果前記内部構造体(3)の縁が前記繊維層(2、2')の少なくとも1つによって周囲を覆われている、
b1)前記金型を閉じ、熱硬化性のプラスチックマトリックス材(4)を前記繊維層(2、2')に射出する、
を含む方法。
