Description
成形が問題なく終了した後、第1と第2のSMCカバー層が硬化されるか、又は硬化プロセスが開始される。
SMCプロセスにおける成形時及び少なくとも部分的な硬化時に、2つのSMC半製品カバー層又はSMCカバー層が硬化プロセスの際に互いに接合し、それらの層の間で発泡体層が形成されるか、又は起泡が生じるのを防止する必要がある。このことは、2つのSMC層の間の分離フィルム、分離体などによって達成される。特に、成形物又は分離フィルムは、金型の形状から突出するように配置される。この突出部は、周りを取り囲む2つのホルダの間に挟み込むことができる。それによって、分離面が形成される。
SMCカバー層の少なくとも金型に近い端部の層が硬化した後、SMCカバー層の間で発泡体形成プロセスが開始される。
この発泡体形成プロセスには、2つのSMCカバー層の間に配置される発泡可能な材料の提供と起泡とが含まれる。
次に又は起泡に伴って、SMC多層構成部品が望ましい厚さに達するまで雄型が雌型から引き離されることにより、起泡に必要なスペースがコア材料に提供される。

Claims (6)
- 構成部品がサンドイッチ構造を有し、少なくとも1つの発泡体の材料層(3)が2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)の間に埋め込まれる、製造プロセスにおけるSMC多層構成部品の製造方法であって、
a)雄型(1)及び雌型(1’)を含む金型内において、少なくとも1つの第1及び第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)を含むインサート層構造を位置決めする工程と、
b)前記層構造に成形圧を加えながら、第1及び第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)を2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)に成形する工程と、
c)前記第1及び前記第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)の硬化を開始する工程と、
d)前記雄型(1)と前記雌型(1’)との間の間隔が、製造する前記SMC多層構成部品の厚さに該当するまで前記雄型(1)と前記雌型(1’)とを互いに引き離す工程と、
e)前記2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)の間に提供される発泡可能な材料(3’)の発泡体形成プロセスを開始して、前記発泡体材料層(3)を作る工程と、
f)起泡終了後に、前記SMC多層構成部品を前記金型から取り出す工程とを含む、方法において、
g1)前記第1と前記第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)の間の前記インサート層構造が、互いに隣接して配置され且つ相互に接合できない2つの分離フィルム層を有し、
前記第1及び前記第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)を前記2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)に成形する時、前記2つの分離フィルム層の前記第1の分離フィルム層が前記第1のSMCカバー層(2)に固定接合され、前記第2の分離フィルム層が前記第2のSMCカバー層(2’)に固定接合され、
前記2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)の間に提供される前記発泡可能な材料(3’)が、前記雄型(1)と前記雌型(1’)とが互いに引き離される間に、前記2つの分離フィルム層の間に注入されること、又は
g2)前記2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)の間に提供される前記発泡可能な材料(3’)が、発泡可能な、形状安定性のある成形物(3’)であり、前記発泡可能な成形物(3’)は、前記インサート層構造を前記金型内に位置決めする前に、前記2つのSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)の間に位置決めされていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記2つの分離フィルム層を提供するフィルムが溶融温度を有し、該溶融温度は、前記第1と前記第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)の前記2つのSMCカバー層(2、2’)への成形を実施するのに必要である温度より高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡可能な材料(3’)の発泡体形成の開始が、熱発生、熱供給、又は前記発泡可能な材料へのエネルギーの入力によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡可能な成形物(3)の発泡体形成の開始が、前記成形物(3)の中に置かれた熱線による熱供給によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)及びe)が同時に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び前記第2のSMC半製品カバー層(2、2’)の硬化が、前記工程e)において終了することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
