Abstract

본 발명의 클러치 해제 베어링은, 내측 지지 튜브(6) 및 그것과 동심의 외측 부재(5)를 가지며 유체를 공급받을 수 있는 일단막힘형 축방향 환상 공동(50)을 규정하는 고정부(5,6)를 포함하고, 이 고정부의 내부에는 축방향으로 이동가능한 환상 피스톤(4)이 장착되며, 상기 환상 피스톤은 상기 클러치(1)의 다이아프램(13)과 결합할 수 있는 구동부재(3)를 지지하며, 이 지지 튜브(6)는 외측 부재(5)를 지나서 축방향으로 돌출한다. 상기 지지 튜브(6)의 전방 단부(6)는 피스톤(4)용 안내 슬리브(9)로 둘러싸인다. 상기 베어링은 자동차에 유용하다.

안내 슬리브를 갖는 자동차용 다이아프램 클러치용 유압제어식 해제 베어링(HYDRAULICALLY CONTROLLED RELEASE BEARING FOR A DIAPHRAGM CLUTCH, PARTICULARLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, COMPRISING A GUIDE SLEEVE)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 클러치 해제 베어링에 끼워맞춤되는 자동차용 클러치와 축방향 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 클러치 해제 베어링의 외측 부재의 측면도,
제3도는 제1도의 중앙 부분의 일부 확대도,
제4도는 내측튜브와 안내 슬리브 사이에 배치된 결합 수단의 부분도.

Claims (13)

  1. 내측 지지 튜브(6) 및 그것과 동심의 외측 부재(5)를 포함하며, 유체를 공급받을 수 있는 일단막힘형 축방향 환상 공동(50)을 규정하는 고정부(5,6)를 갖고, 이 고정부의 내부에는 축방향으로 이동가능한 관상 피스톤(4) 이 장착되며, 상기 환상 피스톤(4)은 클러치(1)의 다이아프램(13)에 작용할 수 있는 구동부재(3)를 갖는, 특히 자동차용의 다이아프램 클러치용 유압제어식 클러치 해제 베어링에 있어서, 상기 지지 튜브(6)의 전방 단부(6)가 피스톤(4)용 안내 슬리브(9)로 둘러싸인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 슬리브(9)는 마찰계수가 낮은 재료, 특히 마찰계수가 낮은 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내 슬리브(9)가 상기 내측 튜브(6)에 축방향 고정에 의하여 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안내 슬리브(9)가 상기 내측 튜브(6)에의 고정을 위하여 상기 내측 튜브(6)의 옴고부(65)내에 상보적인 방식으로 삽입될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 블록부(92)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 슬리브(9)의 후방단부(91)가 상기 피스톤(4)의 축방향 이동을 제한할 수 있는 멈춤부재를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(4)은 상기 안내 슬리브(9)의 후방단부(91)와 협동할 수 있는 쇼울더(43)를 내측에 갖도록 내부가 단차진 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(4)의 후방단부(44)는 접속편(46)에 의해서 고정된 조인트(45)를 가지며, 상기 접속편(46)은 상기 피스톤(4)의 후방단부(44)에 스냅 끼워맞춤에 의하여 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조인트(45)는 상기 외측 부재(5)의 내측 보어 및 상기 튜브(6)의 외측면과 각기 협동하는 두개의 립을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조인트(45)는 소음을 감소시키기 의하여 상기 공동의 기부와 접촉하게 될 수 있는 축방향 돌출 스터드(47)를 중앙에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접속편(46)은 금속성이고 직각 단면을 가지며, 이 직각 단면의 횡방향 부분은 상기 조인트(45)내에 고정되고, 그것의 축방향 부분은 상기 피스톤(4)의 외측면상에 결합하며 절단 및 절곡에 의하여 얻어진 경사진 러그를 구비하고, 상기 러그는 상기 피스톤(4)의 후방단부(44)의 외측면에 형성된 홈내에 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(4)은 상기 장치의 축선과 반대방향으로 반경방향으로 배향된 횡방향 환상 플랜지(41)를 전방단부에 갖고 있으며, 상기 구동부재(3)는 상기 베어링(3)의 내측 레이스라 불리는 횡방향 환상 에지(31)를 구비하는 고정형 내측 레이스(34)를 갖은 볼베어링으로 구성되고, 상기 환상 에지(31)는 상기 클러치 해제 베어링(2)의 축선을 향하여 배향되며 상기 피스톤(4)의 플랜지(41)를 누를 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 해제 베어링(2)의 고정부(5, 6)는 상기 외측 부재(5)로부터 분리된 내측지지 튜브(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 외측 부재(5)는 횡방향 쇼울더(54)가 형성되도록 단차지며, 상기 외측 부재(5)의 쇼울더(5)와 상기 피스톤(4)에 속한 환상 플랜지(41)를 쇼울더의 사이에서 작용하는 스프링(7)을 중심설정하는 역할을 하는 관상부(52)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어식 클러치 해제 베어링.
