Abstract

본 발명은 이성질체 혼합물의 디메틸 술폭시드(DMSO)를 충분히 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 Lㅡ 또는 Dㅡ 타르타르산 중 어느 하나와 반응시켜 각각 Rㅡ(+)ㅡ암로디핀의 Lㅡ타르트레이트 염의 DMSO 용매화물 또는 Sㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ암로디핀의 Dㅡ타르트레이트 염의 DMSO 용매화물을 침전시키는 것을 포함하는, 암로디핀의 혼합물로부터 암로디핀의 Rㅡ(+)ㅡ 및 Sㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ이성질체를 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 이성질체 혼합물을 디메틸 술폭시드(DMSO)를 충분히 함유하는 유기 용매 중에서 Lㅡ 또는 Dㅡ 타르타르산 중 어느 하나와 반응시켜 각각 Rㅡ(+)ㅡ암로디핀의 Lㅡ타르트레이트 염의 DMSO 용매화물 또는 Sㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ암로디핀의 Dㅡ타르트레이트 염의 DMSO 용매화물을 침전시키는 것을 포함하는, 암로디핀의 혼합물로부터 암로디핀의 Rㅡ(+)ㅡ 및 Sㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ이성질체를 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 DMSO인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 DMSO와 조용매의 혼합물이고, 조용매가 DMSO 용매화물의 침전이 일어나기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조용매가 물 또는 케톤, 알코올, 에테르, 아미드, 에스테르, 클로로히드로카본, 니트릴 또는 히드로카본인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조용매가 물, 아세톤, 디메틸아세트아미드, 메틸 에틸케톤, 테트라히드푸탄, 에틸 아세테이트, 디클로로메탄, 디메틸포름아미드, 톨루엔, 이소프로필 알코올 또는 N,N′ㅡ디메틸프로필렌우레아인 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조용매가 DMSO의 부피를 기준으로 하여 50% v/v 이하의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조용매가 0.2 내지 6% v/v의 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 Lㅡ 또는 Dㅡ타르타르산의 양이 암로디핀 1몰 당 약 0.5몰 또는 약 0.25몰 중 어느 하나의 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전된 용매화물이 각각 Sㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡDㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ모노ㅡDMSOㅡ용매화물 또는 Rㅡ(+)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡLㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ모노ㅡDMSOㅡ용매화물인 방법.
  10. (S)ㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡDㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ모노ㅡDMSOㅡ용매화물.
  11. (R)ㅡ(+)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡLㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ모노ㅡDMSOㅡ용매화물.
  12. (S)ㅡ(ㅡ)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡDㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ일수화물.
  13. (R)ㅡ(+)ㅡ암로디핀ㅡ헤미ㅡLㅡ타르트레이트ㅡ일수화물.
