Abstract
Un método para la separacion de los isomeros (R)-(+)-y S-(-)- de amlodipina (I) a partir de mezclas de los mismos, el cual comprende la reaccion de la mezcal de los isomeros con ácido L- o D-tartárico en un solvente orgánico que contiene suficiente sulfoxico de dimetilo (DMSO) para la precipitacion de, respectivamente un solvato de DMSO de una sal de L-tartrato de R-(+)- amlodipina, o un solvato de DMSO de una sal D-tartrato de S-(-)-amlodipina.
