Abstract
본 발명은 플라스미노겐 활성화제, 당 및 트랜스잼산을 포함하는 의약 제제에 관한 것으로, 이러한 의약제제는 동결 건조체 또는 주사 혹은 침출 용액의 형태이다. 특히, 상기 제제는 계면 활성제 뿐만 아니라 당, 인산염 버퍼, 트랜스 잼산을 포함하며, 바람직하게는 액체 용액은 5.5~6.5의 pH 값을 갖는다.

Claims (19)
- 플라스미노겐 활성화제, 당 및 트랜스젬산을 포함하는 의약제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당이 이당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제2항에 있어서 , 상기 당이 사카로오즈 또는 트레할로오즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 버퍼 물질을 부가적으로 포함하되, 상기 버퍼 물질이 인산칼륨염, 특히 인산수소이칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제제가 냉동 용액의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당이 40~100mg/ml, 바람직하게는 50~70mg/ml의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산염 버퍼가50~300mmoles/l, 바람직하게는 80~220mmoles/l의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트랜스잼산이1~50mmoles/l, 바람직하게는 8~12mmoles/l의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 0.005~0.1％ 바람직하게는 0.01％의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, K2P형 재조합 플라스미노겐 활성화제, 바람직하게는 BM06.002를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10mg/ml까지의 농도로 t-PA 또는 이의 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 또는 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의약 투여 형태가 동결 건조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 또는 제6항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투여 형태가 수용성 용액이며, 상기 수용성 용액의 pH 값이 5.5~6.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 당 및 트랜스잼산과 함께 플라스미노겐 활성화제를 적당한 의약 투여 형태로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 의약 제제의 제조 방법.
- 플라스미노겐 활성화제, 당, 및 트랜스잼산을 포함하는 수용성 용액을 제조하고, 상기 용액을 냉동시키고, 냉동 용액의 온도를 유리온도 이하의 값, 바람직하게는 -40℃ 및 -50℃ 사이의 온도로 조절하고, 그리고 상기 냉동 용액을 진공하에서 동결 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제12항에 따른 동결 건조된 의약 제제의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 동결 건조시에, 사용 가능한 수용성 주사액 또는 침출용액과 비교하여 3배까지 높은 농도로 활성 물질을 포함하는 용액으로 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 저장에 대해 안정한 플라스미노겐 활성화제를 포함하는 의약 투여 형태를 제조하기 위한 것으로 당, 인산염 버퍼, 트랜스잼산, 및 게면활성제 군으로 구성된 의약 보조제들의 조합물의 용도.
- 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 2년 이상의 저장 안정성을 갖는 투여 형태의 제조를 위한 용도.
- 플라스미노겐 활성화제의 용해도를 증가시키기 위한 트랜스잼산의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
