Abstract

본 발명의 광디스크성형장치는, 캐비티내에서 디스크기판을 사출성형하는 1쌍의 금형과, 최소한 한쪽의 캐비티내에 지지되어, 데이타기록면을 성형하는 스탬퍼를 구비하고, 캐비티의 스템퍼지지면의 내경측이, 데이타 기록면으로부터 디스크 두께방향 내측으로 돌출하고 있다. 종래에는, 디스크기판에 발생하는 버르(burr)에 의하여, 접합기준면의 평면도가 악화되고 있었다.

Claims (7)

  1. 캐비티내에서 디스크기판을 사출성형하는 1쌍의 금형과, 최소한 한쪽의 금형의 캐비티내에 지지되어, 디스크상에 기록정보를 전사(轉寫)하기 위한 미세요철의 데이타기록면을 성형하는 스탬퍼를 구비하고, 상기 금형의 캐비티의 스탬퍼지지면의 내경측이, 상기 스탬퍼의 데이타기록면으로부터 디스크두께방향 내측으로 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크성형장치.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스탬퍼지지면의 내경측이, 테이퍼진 부분 위로 디스크두께방향 내측으로 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크성형장치.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스탬퍼가, 상기 스탬퍼지지면에 따른 형상으로 미리 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크성형장치.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 스탬퍼가, 디스크성형시의 사출압력에 의하여, 상기 스탬퍼지지면에 따른 형상으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크성형장치.
  5. 캐비티내에서 디스크기판을 사출성형하는 1쌍의 금형과 최소한 한쪽의 금형의 캐비티내에 지지되어, 디스크상에 기록정보를 전사하기 위한 미세요철의 데이타기록면을 성형하는 스탬퍼를 구비하고, 상기 스탬퍼의 내경측이, 상기 데이타기록면으로부터 디스크두께방향 내측으로 둘출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 성형장치.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 스탬퍼가, 상기 데이타기록면이 형성된 면의 반대측으로부터 중심공을 펀칭하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크성형장치.
  7. 캐비티내에서 디스크기판을 사출성형하는 1쌍의 금형의 최소한 한쪽의 금형의 캐비티내에, 디스크상에 기록정보를 전사하기 위한 미세요철의 데이타기록면을 성형하는 스탬퍼를 지지하고, 디스크성형시의 사출압력에 의하여, 상기 스탬퍼의 내경측을 상기 데이터기록면으로부터 디스크두께방향 내측으로 돌출시켜, 디스크기판을 사출성형하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 성형방법.
