Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (30) de moulage métallique servant à former un matériau de substrat en forme de disque pour disque optique avec un trou central de manière à pouvoir former une couche de résine dont l'épaisseur est uniformément distribuée. Une matrice (10) de pressage est fixée à un moule métallique amovible (34) à l'aide d'un moyen (36) d'aspiration dans une cavité (31). Un trou (10A) de passage au diamètre plus petit que le trou central du disque optique est formé dans la matrice (10) de pressage. La partie de la surface (12A) d'enregistrement d'information du matériau (12) de substrat en forme de disque formée par moulage par injection et correspondant à une zone s'étendant de la périphérie extérieure de la matrice (10) de pressage au trou (10A) de passage ne comprend pas de ligne de séparation de moule métallique ni d'étage.
