Abstract

본 발명은, 베드, 칼럼 등의 고정부에 설치된 궤도 레일을 따라 이동하며, 하중을 부하하면서 공작 기계의 워크 테이블이나 공작용 로봇 등의 가동체를 안내하는 직선 안내 장치에 있어서의 슬라이더의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이런 제조 방법은, 슬라이더의 핵이 되는 금속제 블록 본체를 기계 가공에 의해 소정의 형상으로 형성함과 동시에, 당해 블록 본체에 대해 볼의 부하 전주면을 형성하는 제1의 공정과, 상기 공정에서 형성된 블록 본체를 금형 내에 인서트해서 합성 수지의 사출성형을 행하고, 당해 블록 본체의 부하 전주면의 양측에 볼 유지부를 부착하는 제2공정으로 구성되고, 또한 상기 제1공정에서는 블록 본체에 형성된 부하 전주면의 길이 방향의 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 용유합성수지를 차폐하기 위한 한쌍의 평활면을 형성하는 한편, 상기 제2공정에서는 이들 용유합성수지를 차폐하기 위한 평활면에 대해 금형의 지지 볼록부를 맞닿게 해서 상기 블록 본체를 금형 내의 소정의 위치에 고정시켰다.

제1도는 본 발명 방법에 의해 제조된 직선 안내 장치의 실시예를 나타내는 정면도 및 그의 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명 방법에 의해 제조된 직선 안내 장치의 실시예를 나타내는 측면도 및 그의 단면도, 제3도는 실시예에 관한 슬라이더의 분해 사시도, 제4도는 제3도의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 직선 안에 장치의 슬라이더의 제조 방법에 있어서, 슬라이더의 핵이 되는 금속제 블록 본체를 기계 가공에 의해 소정의 형상으로 형성됨과 동시에, 당해 블록 본체에 대해 볼의 부하 전주면을 형성하는 제1공정과, 상기공정에서 형성된 블록 본체를 금형 내에 인서트해서 합성 수지의 사출성형을 행하고,당해 블록 본체의 부하 전주면의 양측에 볼 유지부를 부착하는 제2공정으로 구성되고, 또한, 상기 제1공정에서는 블록 본체에 형성된 부하 전주면의 길이 방향의 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 용유합성수지를 차폐하기 위한 한 쌍의 평활면을 형성하는 한편, 상기 제2공정에서는 이들 용유합성수지를 차폐하기 위한 평활면에 대해 금형에 설치한 지지 볼록부를 맞닿게 해서 상기 블록 본체를 금형 내의 소정의 위치에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2공정에서 금형 내에 블록 본체를 고정할 때에 이런 블록 본체의 부하 전주면과 당해 금형측의 지지 블록부 사이에 공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 무한 순환하는 볼의 부하 전주면을 갖고 있는 금속제 블록 본체에 대해 합성 수지부를 사출성형으로 부착해서 성형되고, 이런 사출성형에 의해 상기 부하 전주면의 양측에 볼의 유지부가 형성된 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더에 있어서, 상기 부하 전주면의 길이 방향을 따른 양쪽 가장자리에는 상기 사출성형시에 있어서의 블록 본체의 고정 기준이 되는 용유합성수지를 차폐하기 위한 한 쌍의 평활면이 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더.
